Note:

1. The registration fee includes conference materials, abstract book, reception, banquet, coffee and tea break.

2. On site registration fee is the same as regular registration fee.

3. Cancellation must be made in writing via e-mail, fax or express mail to our secretariat (Miss Kun Fang). Please note that all bank charges caused by the refund have to be borne by the registrant.

4. Registration confirmation will be sent by e-mail or fax once the payment is confirmed.

5. The payer should be responsible for the transfer fee of the bank.
