We are regretting to know that most air flights to Dalian International Airport have been concealed or delayed because of the bad weather here. We highly appreciate your patience for this inconvenience in your trip.

As scheduled, we will continue the conference and we are readily to waiting for your coming.

Due to this unexpected situation, the following steps will be taken:

(1) We will contact the conference hotels to keep your original reservation available,
(2) We will provide registration during the whole period of the conference;
(3) We will re-arrange the conference program slightly and try to keep your presentation       until the last minute;
(4) We will possibly prolong the conference to July 12 for the presentations which have       not been presented due to late arrival,
